Crusty Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes (scrubbed)
- 1 Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp cumin (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Spray shallow baking pan
- Cut potatoes into wedges
- Combine seasonings in large bowl and mix well
- Stir potatoes and seasoning mixture
- Spread potatoes in a single layer in the baking dish
- Bake for 10 minutes, turn and then bake 10 minutes more
