Cream Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes (skins on or off)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 cup scalded milk
  • 8 oz package cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil, drain and whip potatoes
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Put into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. If baking in a glass pan, bake at 325 degrees
